Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates
• (When available) For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For simple flat rate shipping: We are currently only offering flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States.       

In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2355 Foster St. Bossier City, LA 71112. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within an hour (excluding custom orders, you’ll need to contact us at: 318-208-8403 for an estimated pickup time). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are our normal business hours. Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We do not offer international sales or shipping outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship via UPS to P.O.  boxes. Some larger items will require UPS shipping. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping address on your order, and we find there will be an issue using the carrier, we will contact you directly for an alternative shipping address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return for a non-defective item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send a copy of the original receipt.

To start a return, you can contact us at led4lifellc@aol.com and request a return. We handle all returns on a case-by-case basis.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you by email, and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
